Very low VOC readings

Haven pro sensor installed in duct work reading very low VOC concentrations, and sometimes the device just reports zeroes for VOC for hours while temperature, RH and PM still seem to be reported correctly. Doing some research, average household VOC concentrations are around 400ppb, but my readings hardly reach the 40ppb mark, and are typically around 5-15 when the sensor isn’t reporting zeroes.
