When you first enter the forum, you will have access to all of the base level categories, such as the #roadmap, #wishlist, and #ask-a-pro. If you are supposed to have access to HAVEN Pro and Beta Testing categories as well, message @ben to request to be added to those groups.
If you haven’t already, please read the community guidelines before exploring the forum. Before posting a message, spend some time browsing through the existing posts, or use the search bar to find something you’re interested in. When participating in a conversation, remember to Be Excellent to Each Other, and try to use the built-in tools, such as the “Like” button and “Vote” feature.
The login you use in the forum is the same login you use for our upcoming HAVEN IAQ software ecosystem, so remember which service you used during account creation (Google, Linkedin, Facebook, or Email).
