Thank you HAVEN and Scott K for taking the initiative and sponsoring an episode of the hvac school podcast. Mental health is important and the HVAC community is lagging behind on recognizing that. Our male dominated trade has always focused on strength and getting through our day physically. Some of us spend all summer in a truck or on a call on our own. The loneliness of our job and the long hours is hard to handle. Dealing with family and their expectations can be tough. I really appreciate your proactive stand. Thank you.
